Jasmin Kuhn is a commercial Director and Cinematographer who was born and raised in the bucolic outskirts of Vienna, where art and music was ingrained in her since childhood. Inspired by her parents’ thriving multi-media production company, she moved to Sedona, Arizona to pursue her love for the visual arts. There at the age of 16 she began building an extensive fine art and fashion photo portfolio, which got her accepted to the very prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. At Art Center she honed her craft and worked on over 30 film and commercial productions. By graduation she had produced, directed, and photographed 8 award winning spec commercials of her own.
The strength of these ads immediately led to professional directing and cinematographic work, not just Stateside, but in Europe, Russia, Asia, and even the Caribbean. Since graduating from Art Center her Directing credits include commercial work for international accounts such as LG, Macy's, Neutrogena, Ben-Q Siemens, Unilever, Crayola, Walmart.com, Rite Aid.com and Henkel.
